SunExpress Airlines – Corporate Exhibition Stand and B2B Hospitality Area

The corporate exhibition stand project we designed for SunExpress, a strong partnership between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, was brought to life by the BayZ Design architectural team with the aim of showcasing the brand's dynamic, reliable, and innovative image to global trade fair arenas.
At international events such as EMITT (Istanbul) and ITB Berlin, the world's largest tourism exchange, we have combined the warmth of wood and the speed of modern technology in SunExpress's corporate identity.
Our Architectural Solutions for Tourism and Aviation Stands
Airline companies' exhibition stands are not just a promotional space, but also operational centers where a high volume of "bilateral business meeting (B2B)" traffic is managed. In our SunExpress project, we focused on the following architectural dynamics:
Maximum B2B Capacity: Numerous semi-open meeting tables and comfortable VIP meeting rooms, isolated from the main stand area but maintaining a spacious feel, for simultaneous meetings with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Dynamic Corporate Branding: SunExpress's energetic blue and yellow corporate colors are applied to the stand, visible from every point, using high-quality lacquer paint and illuminated (LED) box letter signs.
Welcome and Info Desk: Stylish welcome desks equipped with large, technologically advanced screens where fair visitors can quickly obtain information about flight routes and promotions, and where uniformed flight attendants/cabin crew personnel can be positioned.
Catering and Hospitality (Lounge) Comfort: To ensure guests can enjoy high-quality refreshments reminiscent of flight comfort amidst the demanding pace of trade shows, the booth features a hidden back-of-house kitchen and a professional bar area.
